Royal You Med Spa is warm, friendly and professional. I received a PicoWay Resolve facial treatment and Dr. Ruiz was patient and very sensitive to my comfort. The office is conveniently located, comfortable and peaceful. The staff is wonderful, knowledgeable, welcoming, non judgmental and super fun. My skin feels and looks amazing. I cannot imagine going to another med spa.

What a relief it has been to have found RoyalYou Med Spa. I have wanted to have my tattoos (2) removed for years, but I’d always been worried that the procedure would be unbelievably painful and take years to complete. So I spent 15+ years attempting to hide my tattoos. Thankfully, a friend referred me to Dr. Ruiz at RoyalYou Med Spa. My consultation appointment with Dr. Ruiz was excellent! With zero judgement, she patiently listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions (of which I had many!). Dr. Ruiz explained the different types of pain mitigation strategies available during and after the laser treatments. She then explained the benefits and drawbacks of each approach available and how some techniques could be layered and why some could not. She was forthright with me and didn’t make absurd claims like the classic “oh, don’t worry about it, you won’t feel a thing!”. She acknowledged that pain and pain tolerance are complex and often require more than a one-size-fits-all approach. During my consult and every subsequent appointment, I’ve never once felt rushed, condescended to, or as if my questions and concerns were irrelevant or a burden. Anyone who has ever had those types of interactions with a healthcare professional will appreciate knowing that they will not have that kind of experience at RoyalYou. Now about the pain… I’ve now had a total of three treatments on my large tattoo and one treatment on my small tattoo. I can honestly say that each procedure has been virtually pain-free!! Literally, the only thing I’ve ever felt thus far has been the pinch of the lidocaine needle. I don’t know that everyone will have the same pain-free experience that I’ve so far had, but the good news is that it is in fact possible to have tattoos removed without having to go through excruciating pain! I could go on about all the reasons I’ve been impressed with and pleased by my experience with RoyalYou Med Spa, but I won’t. Because if you’re reading this review, you’ve very likely already spent hours researching Med Spas and reading reviews, and you’re still feeling uncertain about which place is the right one for you. Honestly, the best way to figure out whether or not RoyalYou is a good fit for what you need is to make a consultation appointment. Go talk to Dr. Ruiz and decide for yourself!

I feel so comfortable at this place and can tell that their focus is on genuinely making me feel better in my skin. Never any pressure and they are amazing at accommodating my schedule, instead of the other way around. Definitely recommend!

I have been Dr Ruiz's patient for many years at a different facility. She doesn't treat you like a number. She gets to know you personally, extremely detailed, open to all questions and answers each one. I will miss her as my primary physician. I wish her the best for the future.

Dr. Ruiz is so welcoming and does a fantastic job of explaining all of the offered services! Botox is priced at a very reasonable cost and there was no upselling or promotion of products or services that I didn’t need.
